Clients are able to cancel their orders within 48 hours from making their payment.
Refunds are paid in the same way the payment has been made.
For any cancelled orders after 48 hours till 1 week from the order payment, 25% deduction from the amount paid is applied.
Refunds only apply for defected items, if not fixed by our company, defects in production not neglection or misuse by the client.
